“Le Chocomousse”

For two bowls of  “Chocomousse” you need:



– 100 g of dark chocolate


– 1/2 litre of full-fat milk


– 1 bag of vanilla-flavoured sugar


– powdered cinnamon





1. Warm milk in a pan. Add chocolate when it’s tepid and stir on low heat.


2. Add vanilla-flavoured sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and stir.


3. To get a nice and thick mousse mix hot chocolate in a blender. If you don’t have one mix it with a manual whisk, it will do the trick!



Your “Chocomousse” is ready. Yummy!!
